RSVP to our first Community Natural Dye Workshop on Saturday February 8, 3:30 - 7:30PM
at Ofrendafest in Long Island City.
We will dye fabrics together with eco-puppetry artist Marina 'heron' Tsaplina and the No North Brooklyn Pipeline Campaign. Using locally foraged plants in an improvisational, playful dyeing process, we will begin creating 60 soils-meditation objects as part of
LIVING SOILS RISING, an upcoming 600-person participatory performance to awaken a healing liberation of the soils where the fossil fuel industry was first born in 1867 and envision a livable energy future together.
Space is limited. Please RSVP
